Meet Your Dietitian
Oh Hey There!
Are you ready to change your life together?
Hi! I’m Carolyn Arbuckle, a registered dietitian. I’ve been helping people with food and nutrition since 2018. I’ve worked in hospitals,
nursing homes, doctor’s offices, and online.
I founded this practice to step away from quota-driven, profit-centered healthcare models and instead offer nutrition care that brings humanity back to healthcare.
Why did you become a dietitian?
I’ve always loved food, science, and helping people. Since I was a kid, I knew I wanted to be a dietitian.
What is your approach to nutrition counseling?
I use a mix of goal-setting, education, and motivational talk to help you make changes. Our sessions will feel like a conversation, not a lecture. Nutrition and mental health often go together, so working with a therapist can help you get the best results.
What makes you different from other dietitians?
I’ve worked in many settings from hospitals and nursing homes to helping communities with food access. I’ve seen how different systems work, which helps me give better care. I also specialize in boxing nutrition and helping healthcare workers stay healthy.
What do you enjoy about this work?
I love being creative and learning about people’s lives. Every person’s story is different, and I enjoy helping them find what works for them.
What are your values as a provider?
I care about you as a person, not a number. I believe in kind, honest, and ethical care. My goal is to bring humanity back to healthcare.
Do you have any personal experience that shaped your approach to food or health?
I work with my own dietitian too! This helps me learn new ideas and make sure I practice what I teach.
